What Is PVC Laminated Carbon Aramid Fabric?

Carbon aramidhybrid fabric laminated PVC filmis a flexible woven material made from carbon fiber and aramid fiber yarns. The two fibers are woven together to form a single hybrid fabric, which is then laminated with PVC film.

Carbon fiber contributes strength and dimensional stability to the woven structure, while aramid fiber adds toughness and resistance to fiber breakage. By combining the two in one weave, the fabric brings together the different characteristics of both materials.

ThePVC film changes the surface of the fabric. Depending on how it is applied, it can cover the weave, give the material a smoother finish, and provide a barrier against moisture and everyday surface contamination.
